This Privacy Notice explains how Veloe collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the app. Veloe is a hair care tracking and AI result-card application designed to help users record hair and scalp tags, wash routines, product usage, dyeing and perming history, shedding notes, reminders, and optional photos. The service is built around lightweight, share-ready results and history review.
We only collect information that is needed to provide the app, maintain your history, generate results, support product functionality, and respond to requests. We do not run advertising profiles, and we do not sell user data.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the information associated with your account, request corrections, delete your content or account, export your data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also request help with your privacy choices or this Notice.

Veloe does not use facial recognition, biometric identification, biometric verification, or face template creation. If you upload an image, it is used only to support the app’s hair and result-card features and not to identify a person.
We do not analyze images for biometric purposes, and we do not build or store facial templates. Any uploaded image is deleted after processing, except where you choose to keep a generated result in your history or save a result card.
Veloe is intended for users who are 17 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit children under 17 to use the app. If we learn that information from a user under 17 has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service and operate the app:

We use information to provide app features, generate and store result cards, maintain history, support reminders and product functionality, improve stability, and respond to user requests.
We do not use your information for advertising, user profiling, selling, or AI model training. We do not use your uploaded content or user-generated content to train or optimize models for external purposes.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong device passcode and keep your account credentials confidential.

Third parties used for infrastructure do NOT use data for advertising, user profiling, AI training, model optimization, their own purposes, redistribution, or independent access to user content.
All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data.
Uploaded content and temporary processing data are deleted after processing is complete, except for the result you choose to save in your history. We do NOT use your data for model training, model improvement, or external AI optimization.
Our AI features are designed to create result cards and related outputs from the information you provide, while keeping the processing limited to our internal systems.
Depending on where our infrastructure providers operate and where you access the app from, your information may be processed or stored in different regions. This may involve transfers across borders.
When such transfers occur, we take steps intended to protect the information in accordance with this Notice and applicable law, and we require service providers to follow our instructions and security requirements.
By downloading, accessing, or using Veloe, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to the collection and use of information described here. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.
Where consent is required for specific features or data handling, you may be asked to provide it separately, and you may withdraw that consent where applicable.
